The De'Longhi BCO 410 is a 15 bar espresso/filter coffee machine that will ensure you get the perfect coffee experience, regardless of your tastes. Able to make 10 cups of filter coffee or individual espressos (either via ground coffee or with 'Easy Serving Espresso' pods), the BCO 410 is a versatile and high-quality machine. The espresso portion of the machine comes complete with a crema filter holder, adjustable steam emission, removable water reservoir and cup holder. The filter coffee portion of the machine comes complete with a jug warmer to ensure the coffee remains hot after brewing, frontal loading to make the machine incredibly easy to refill (both water and coffee) and a water filtration system to make your coffee taste that much better. Coffee at it's best

I debated for ages which coffee maker to get and ended up choosing the DeLonghi BC0410 - I'm really happy with it - It looks smart in the kitchen in black and chrome effect silver. It took a little practise to get the coffee just right but after a couple of goes I now get the best filter coffee ever It's easy to use and easy to clean. The espresso side is also really simple to use makes a great coffee and Once you've tried the milk frother a few times you will soon learn how to get the best froth on your milk. I always use skimmed milk and whilst I'm brewing the filter coffee I warm up the frother side then it's ready to go once your coffee has brewed - You can use pods but I haven't tried those yet prefering to use fresh ground coffee. I have perfected my caramel latte to a point where my friend prefers it to Starbucks !!! You can also just use the milk frother for hot chocolate drinks or just putting a frothy milk topping on the kids drinks. It's so versatile and easy to clean even my non coffee drinking partner likes my coffee now !! I wish I had bought this one sooner - Thanks DeLonghi

Excellent product, we found that you should pre-heat the steamer side first before making the cappuccino so that you do not have too long to wait for your coffee when made. Easy clean and makes a really nice cup of coffee, might take a while to get the quantity just right so a bit of practice is called for. Used mostly for cappuccino and hot chocolat for the grand kids.

as previously stated, you get what you pay for, it does the job fine. it isn't the best on the market but your not paying the inflated price of the best. The expresso water tank can be lifted out for filling and cleaning and the filter tank slides out to make filling easier. The machine came with a pack of paper filters, I would prefer it myself if they would supply a permenant filter, also the water level gauge glass would be more clear if there was a ball float, but thats just me being fussy. All in all not a bad machine.
