Best of the bunch

Yes it is a lot of money compared to other 10 cup Espresso makers but then again the clip in top makes it so easy to use.A beautiful object d art yet very functional and the body is completely made of mirror stainless steelHandle is a brown anodised metal in a U shape. To open item hold bottom and pull on the handle.The bottom of the handle comes out and then the top is disconnected from the bottom.However one word of warning do not try to hold by the handle whilst trying to clean it because once the top is disconnected from the bottom thehandle swivels and if you turn it upside down it can cause the unit uncontrolably swivel and can hit against another surface and cause damage to the the unit it could have done with hinge type restraining decice.So far I have put it in the dishwasher without any discolouration of the handle just flush afterwards and then do a boil through to clean out any residual dishwashing soapBut those with arthritus and small hands rejoice you do not have to struggle to unscrew the top from the bottom of a big espresso pot.The bottom is wide and fits perfectly on my induction hob's smallest plate.It makes 10 espresso shot cups but if you are like me and like your coffee very strong then you will love it's taste and will make two full cups.I grind my own beans.A good recipe is to let the coffee cool down mix with 50-50 milk stick in the microwave heat it add some maple syrup then let it go cold for an ideal ice coffee or have it hot.Enjoy
