I bought this a few months ago and recently had a problem. The Judge customer service replaced my machine without any troubles and only in a few days.It makes an amazing espresso with minimum 2cm crema and froths milk amazingly. Do not underestimate it because it's not a popular brand or because it's price, it's the best you could get in the £0-£150 price range!
