Stylish machine but need to experiment to get a coffee taste that suits you

We bought this for 'posh coffee' when out on our canal boat. Really easy to fill the water container and it's simple to use. Looks stylish too and not too bulky. There seems to be a myriad of coffee choices in the range and my husband is still experimenting to find a coffee that's really to my liking. I am a Costa fan and so am looking for one that tastes like their skinny latte. Wouldn't know how it compares to other machines as this is the first we have tried. We are just resigned to the cost of the pods and have signed up with the Amazon scheme to get 10% off the regular order which is their skinny latte as this is the best option I have found so far.

best coffee yet

This machine is better than expected, makes a good cup of coffee. you don't get a lot to drink for your money but it does taste good.getting the pods is easy, from the store or by order on line.have tried a few types of coffee but we have settled for Americano and Cappuccino.its Slim and doesn't take up much room on the worktop. a good buy i think..........But.. Now after just over two years it started to leak water when I fitted the water tank, I discovered that the rubber seal were the tank enters the machine needed replacing. I tang Nescafé to ask for a new seal, I was told this part was NOTAvailable, ! And I was out of warranty . This I told them meant machine was srap.! However the day after a lady from customer services rang me to say that , as a good will gesture they would repair it free of charge even though out of warranty .They collected it and took it to Liverpool for service.. I thank them for that, but, why could they not send me a spare rubber seal,It looked easy enough to replace and would cost about 10p...if I had thought I wouldn't be able to buy a simple part like this I would not have bought it. So to Nescafé , please make it known that this part will in future be available to buy.. Would you buy Taps for your sink at home if you couldn't replace a washer when they strted to drip..? Thanks again to customer service for your support..

Love at first sight turned sour - see comments

My beautiful Dolce Gusto Circolo,You came into my life and brightened it up with your metallic red colour and cheery blue light. When I was cold and lonely you offered me a hot chocolate and allowed me to warm my hands on your smooth and warm surface.You had everything needed to tempt me with 8 beverages: a chococino, a cappuccino, two espressos, two cafe lunghi and two latte macchiati. I know people have accused you of being somewhat lukewarm, but I enjoyed being able to taste the fruit of your labour without burning my lips. It also means that breakfast on school days will run much faster with you looking after us and there won't be any more complaints 'it's too hot to drink, Mum!' and no more wasted milk.Tomorrow I shall introduce you to your distant cousin, the Aeroccino 3. You'll like him. They tell me he can stir things up!I hope you'll be with us for a very long time and that we will continue to enjoy your presence. I promise to look after you well, give you a short rinse after every encounter and descale you at regular intervals. You don't have to worry about me mishandling you because you are robust. Even my clumsy hands can do no wrong. Still I wish you had a longer cable as 88 cms (~34 inches) is rather stingy of Mr and Mrs Krups. I expected a much larger dowry; 1.5 metres I was promised... but let's not let small things like this ruin the mood.Got to sign off now and go thank Pricelover for the excellent matchmaking and speedy expedition.
