great design,great coffee

I do like a nice coffee,This machine is so simple with no mess or cleaning,Just have to fill the top tank with coffee,back tank with water,turn on and wait for 15 seconds to be ready and then select your drink and it is made within 10 seconds,if you need a coffee with milk just measure it in to the cup with supplied messure pot or after a while guess it into the cup.The machine jets hot water into the cup to froth and warm the milk,so no need to clean any steam pipes after.The milk could be a bit warmer I think,Also the water tank could be bigger but can make 3 cups or more before needing filling.I did have a problem with the machine showing low on water when the tank was full,this I found was because an air bubble was holding the float switch down,a quick knock on the tank solved it and the machine worked perfect.Stapeles had a special offer on the machine and refills,so very good value,The amount of cups from one refil at £9.99 for 40 cups seems about the same as instant,but produces a nicer cup of coffee,

With the original coffee the drink was great, but we found that the first cup was always much cooler than any subsequent cups (why?), instructions direct you not to pre heat the milk. Unable to find any local shop/supermarket that sells this coffee, and its special can is so constructed, you can not use other makes (the can has a special top which incorporates a funnel)

instant coffee from the tin

I would have never bought this machnie if I knew it uses >95% instant coffee. Which smells and tastes instant coffee. This product is misleading and should never be on sale, a complete waste of money.
