The Magimix U Nespresso coffee machine has sophisticated technology with ease of use to enable you to make quality espresso. The motorised brewing unit is compact and the thermoblock water heating system means you only heat the amount of water required. The multi position water tank and removable drip tray allows you to adapt the machine to suit your space and needs. The machine will automatically pierce, brew and eject the capsule in one dro stop technology. The one touch controls have 3 different pre set cup sizes for ristretto (25), espresso (40ml) and lungo (110 ml). There is a power save mode where the machine will switch off 9 minutes after the last coffee was made. More than a third of the plastics used are from recycled sources. The Aerocinn 3 is an automatic and amazingly simple way of creating light, creamy hot or cold milk froth.The Nespresso welcome pack gives you 16 capsules so you can start making coffee as soon as you have opened the box.

Great Coffee Machine

There are coffee machines and there is the Nespresso U. I got this after trying some Nespresso coffee at a friends. Really loved the concept of making a quick cup of good coffee. Before I would make a small pot of coffee but would only have one cup and always seemed a waste. Now I wake in the mornings turn on the machine, pop in a coffee pod and coffee is ready in seconds.Also with the Aeroccino I can now make Lattes, cappuccinos and even hot chocolate for friends when they call around the house. Now meeting for coffee can be in the comfort of your house.Pros-- Quick coffee- Ready to use in seconds- Water tank can be adjusted- Drip tray collector- EffortlessCons- Water tank isn't the biggest so you are refilling frequently if you make a lot of coffees- Nespresso pods can be pricey but this is not reflective if the machine

Just Great

Received the U as a present and have been using for a few days now. I just love it, very quick, no drips, right temperature, the milk heater and frother is really clever as well.You need to create and account on the website, but it only takes a few minutes, you need the serial number of the machine. Took a couple of hours for my membership ID to be emailed to me. Only then can you order pods etc.Also if you buy a U before end of April I think, you get a £40 voucher and there are 2 welcome gifts to choose from, they are not free but they are discounted.I rang the helpdesk to check something and couldn't belive how polite and helpful the staff were, real customer service!
