Boasting a traditional stainless steel cappuccino milk frother this modern kitchen appliance is built to accommodate two full size coffee cups or two espresso coffee cups.

The coffee maker operates with ground coffee or ESE (easy serve espresso) coffee pods. Both attachments are included.

Good coffee machine

I got this machine for my birthday (july 6th 2013). After reading reviews for morphy richards & delonghi coffee machines alot of people said they started to leak after a few months which put me off so I decided on this one.Good Points -Machine heats up very quickly and produces good espresso, latte, cappucinos etcEasy to clean and no assembly required - just fill up the water tank and plug in.Smart appearanceMilk frother works wellEasy to use - although I do work in a coffee shop making coffees so have previous experienceHas a drip tray to collect any over flowBad Points -As with alot of these machines you can't fit a large mug under but I just use a little espresso cup and then pour it in a tall latte mug which is no problem at all.When making espresso it doesn't make the exact amount (you have to turn off switch manually). But again I use the espresso cup and just turn it off when full to make the right amount.The milk steamer wand is quite short or rather the jug I bought is quite tall so I would advise buying a shallow jug so you can get the wand to the bottom of the jug if needed. But milk still heats up well.The tamp that comes with it is only plastic so you have to push quite hard to flatten the ground coffee but again only a minor problem plus I've been using costa coffee which is quite coarse. I'm going to switch to a finer coffee which will work better.Overall very happy with the machine and enjoying tasty coffee at home

Better than the more expensive brands

I was wary of buying a cheaper priced product but having spent £300 twice on Gaggia Classics and had both of huge, stop working (possibly due to lime scale build-up, which is my fault), I didn't fancy forking out the same amount again.Anyway, this machine is fantastic and well worth the money. Sure, it's not as luxurious-looking or feeling than the premium brands but it actually performs better than my afore-mentioned machines that were 6 times the price. I only need it to last 4 months to get the same value for money so I think I'm going to be very happy.Firstly, the espresso comes out with a fantastic crema, and I've had no issues with the temperature of the coffee, and I like it piping hot. Secondly, the frother is a dream! Unlike my other machines that quite literally ran out of steam before the jug was even halfway hot, this one froths and bubbles for as long as I need it, and does it quickly, meaning a piping hot cappuccino in no time.And although I said this isn't a luxury item, it does look smart on the kitchen surface and is extremely easy to clean and refill the water tank etc.Who said you have to spend a small fortune for good coffee in the home? Not me!
